Description
The Marketing Executive role at UK Export Finance involves collaborating with colleagues across the organisation, other government partners, customers, and prospective customers to resolve enquiries and provide a joined-up service.
The successful candidate will support the continuous improvement of marketing systems, automations, processes, and guidance, including Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
Key responsibilities include:
- Building, testing, and delivering email and direct marketing campaigns using relevant marketing platforms
- Qualifying and processing leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Maintaining accurate and complete customer records in Salesforce
- Creating, updating, and quality-assuring content on UKEF's marketing campaign landing site using WordPress
- Integrating marketing activity with colleagues across UKEF to provide a joined-up customer journey
The role requires sound judgement and a high degree of autonomy within established procedures.
The salary for this role is £38,800 per year.
Alongside your salary, UK Export Finance contributes £11,240 towards you being a member of the Civil Service Defined Benefit Pension scheme.
