Visa's Client Consulting Analyst team in Prague is seeking a talented individual to deliver high-impact strategic projects for clients. You will leverage data science, analytics, and business consulting expertise to drive portfolio growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
The estimated salary range for this position is Kč737,100 - Kč1,210,950, which may include potential sales incentive payments. You will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Pension, Life Insurance, Annual Leave, and Wellness Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver projects for Visa clients across various domains, including operations, digital, products, and strategy
- Support the development of frameworks, approaches, solutions, and recommendations to address business opportunities and challenges
- Produce insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve client performance and drive growth
- Support the formulation and testing of hypotheses to address client business problems
- Stay up-to-date with financial and banking trends, and absorb new information in a timely manner
- Deliver advanced data analyses using Excel and provide insightful visualizations in PowerPoint presentations
- Collaborate with peers in other function areas to execute projects and deliver value for clients
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Czech/Slovak (written and verbal)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in management consulting
- Experience in banking and/or financial services is an asset
- Advanced storytelling and PowerPoint skills
- Data analysis skills, including Excel, and ability to leverage frameworks to convey complex information
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
- Excellent detail orientation and effective communication skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically
- Team-oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible
