Associate Procurement Agent

We are seeking an Associate Procurement Agent to join our Transactional and Data Cleanup Organization in Hazelwood, MO. As an Associate Procurement Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement activities related to procurement of goods and services
• Research, source, evaluate, and process orders to purchase services, supplies, and equipment
• Perform continuous review and analysis of demand and supply, optimizing execution of the supply chain
• Prepare and execute proprietary information agreements
• Support sourcing strategies, negotiations, and documentation of contracts and agreements

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or supplier management
• 1+ year of experience interacting directly with suppliers regarding contract requirements and/or proposals
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications:

• More than 2 years of experience with various contract types, such as Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus type Government contracts
• More than 2 years of experience working across multiple programs and locations
• More than 2 years of experience working with proposal packages in ACQ or PMTT
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field of study
• Experience working in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or a complex supply chain environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple competing priorities

Pay Range: $69,700 - $94,300
