As a team member, you will have the opportunity to gain knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals, and execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Enjoy working in a fun and energetic environment
- Are passionate about providing excellent guest service
- Can stock, set, and sell Target products
- Are flexible and able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
The ideal candidate will have:
- A welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- The ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- The ability to work both independently and with a team
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Ability to accurately handle cash register operations
- Ability to climb up and down ladders
- Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
