As an Apple Reparateur at Coolblue, you will delight customers by providing personalized advice on repairing and selling our mobile devices.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing repairs and ensuring mobile devices leave the premises in perfect condition
- Resolving a wide range of customer problems related to their mobile devices
- Going the extra mile to surprise customers
- Working with a fun team

- A salary of €13.75 gross per hour, increasing to €14.30 gross per hour after obtaining your Apple Certificate
- 8% holiday pay, travel cost reimbursement (if you live more than 10km from the location), and pension

Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- Repair experience (hobby or professional)
- Ability to conduct customer conversations and provide suitable solutions
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
