Description
We are seeking an Accounting Control Senior Analyst to join our Finance Regulatory Reporting Quality Assurance (QA) team.
You will be part of a team that performs reviews of regulatory reports to help manage governance and regulatory risk related to data. You will work closely with Finance personnel to document processes, assess Key Operating Procedures, and evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of controls. Your responsibilities will include assessing the completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of data used in regulatory reports and reporting findings in formal reports. You will collaborate with data providers to ensure complete and comprehensive reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with key counterparts in the regulatory production team and data providers to execute the annual Regulatory Reporting QA review plan
- Assist in Regulatory Reporting Quality Assurance (QA) reviews in accordance with QA Framework standards
- Assist in drafting Regulatory Reporting Quality Assurance (QA) issues and formal reports
- Create QA informational material for Control Forum meetings and presentations
- Work with Data, Tech, and Process owners to monitor and remediate outstanding QA issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships within Finance and other areas of the Bank globally

Requirements:
- Strong data and analytical capability
- Basic understanding of control principles used in financial reporting
- Relevant experience in Financial Services, Regulatory Reporting, and/or Treasury
- Degree in Accounting or related field
