Priory Beverley House in Edgbaston, Birmingham, has an opportunity for a Senior Mental Health Nurse to join their team.
As a Senior Mental Health Nurse, you'll take the lead in assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating care for female patients with complex mental health needs, including emotionally unstable personality disorder, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team
- Taking responsibility as Nurse in Charge when required
- Supporting, supervising, and developing junior staff and student nurses
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Senior Nurse, a good understanding of NMC standards and professional practice, and a positive approach to delivering high-quality care.
