Description
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Corporate Action Manager.
In this role, you will manage daily corporate action operations covering Hong Kong securities, China Connect, US securities, structured products, bonds, and US tax reporting. You will also monitor the performance of onshore and offshore teams, ensure operations comply with regulatory and Bank requirements, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, and support change initiatives, system enhancements, user acceptance testing, and ad hoc projects.
To be successful, you will need:
- A relevant university degree or professional qualification.
- At least six years’ experience in the financial sector, including two years in corporate action operations, preferably with exposure to overseas markets.
- Knowledge of CCASS, Euroclear, CMU, and tax reporting operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and adaptability skills, with a strong risk-control mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
You will also require self-motivation and attention to detail, with strong communication skills and at least one year of people management experience.
