Description
We are seeking an Instructional Designer to join the Program Development & Evaluation Division (PD&ED).
What you'll do
As a successful candidate, you will be required to perform the following:
- Perform research and data analysis on training gaps, needs, and programs effectiveness.
- Design and develop curriculum and instructional material using existing and utilizing emerging technologies such as: Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Mixed Reality (MR), and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
What you need
- Bachelor of Arts or Science in Education, Mathematics, Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a Technical/Trade/Vocational discipline from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 12 years of work experience, including 5 years in Instructional Design, Teaching, or Vocational Training.
