Description
As a Complex Injury Assistant Lawyer, you'll work on high-value, multi-track and catastrophic injury claims. You'll be part of the Complex Injury Claims Team, progressing files from initial receipt to resolution. Your caseload will involve employers' liability, public liability and motor claims for public sector and corporate clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting a Lead Lawyer with complex, high-value injury claims
- Reviewing and analysing medical, liability and quantum evidence
- Preparing chronologies and drafting clear, concise advice
- Liaising with insurer clients, insured parties and witnesses
- Attending conferences, mediations and court hearings
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in injury litigation, a strong understanding of indemnity, liability and quantum, and excellent attention to detail.
