We're seeking a Travel Sales Associate to join our Velocity Black team, providing exceptional service to high-performance individuals. You'll assist clients in booking travel arrangements, use Global Distribution Systems and online travel tools, and work with suppliers to secure the best rates and perks.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in booking travel, including commercial flights, hotels, vacation homes, and car rentals
- Use Global Distribution System (GDS) and other online travel tools to book and communicate with suppliers
- Work with global suppliers to ensure clients receive the best rates, perks, and service
Requirements
- Proven experience at a travel agency
- Experience using Global Distribution System (GDS) and other online travel booking systems
- Passion for travel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
- High level of intuition to anticipate and exceed client needs
- Flexible working hours, available to work on evenings and weekends
