As a Sales Manager II, you will own the acquisition and engagement of single-outlet independent restaurants across an assigned city. You will be the primary touchpoint for these restaurants, learning their business, understanding their challenges, and building a partnership to help them drive growth in orders, visibility, and customer engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own a defined geographic territory and build strong relationships with assigned restaurant partners
- Conduct in-person visits, product demos, ROI analysis, and present how working with Swiggy is a mutually beneficial relationship
- Diagnose restaurant needs and position Swiggy's products as solutions
- Manage the full lifecycle of each restaurant partner, including pitching, negotiation, activation, and ongoing support
- Track adoption metrics, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems
- Own targets within your territory and track your own pipeline and conversion rates
- Have advanced knowledge of Excel/Googlesheet/WSP
- Stay updated on restaurant trends, competitive landscape, and local market dynamics
- Conduct 80-90 in-person meetings with restaurant partners a month
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 0-2 years in B2B sales, field sales, or business development (preferably in FMCG, food/beverage, or hotel industry)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding targets and managing your own pipeline
- Comfort with data, especially Excel
- Post-graduated preferably in marketing or sales
