Description
We are seeking a Scientific Employee (m/f/d) to support our Investment Funds team at our Frankfurt office.
As a member of our Investment Funds department, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting topics, including structuring, setting up and ongoing management of international investment funds, and advising institutional investors such as insurance companies on their global investments in funds.
Key areas of focus:
- Regulated open and closed-end funds
- Regulatory advice for asset management and distribution units, as well as institutional investors
- Transactions for institutional investors and M&A advice in the asset management sector
- Investments in tangible assets, classic financial instruments, securities and loans
