As a (Junior) Machine Learning (ML) Engineer, you will work on exploratory pilot projects and implement innovative solutions around our cloud-based analytical platform, which is continuously expanded with the latest Microsoft Azure and Databricks technologies.
Your tasks will include:
- Developing and implementing ML models using technologies such as GenAI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning
- Working with data engineers, data scientists, and application consultants to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Implementing ETL and ELT processes to connect different data sources
- Developing complex query and analysis routines
- Creating visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a similar field
- Experience with machine learning technologies such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and AutoGluon
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI Services, including AI Foundry
- Experience with data platforms such as Databricks
- Proficiency in Python, Spark, Polars, and SQL
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English and German (B2)
