Description
As a Content Moderator at TaskUs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality and safe experiences for users and businesses across social media platforms.
You will apply a content policy to digital content, execute handling procedures consistently, and identify subtle differences in digital communication.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve reviewing content such as videos, news stories, images, political ads, and social media profiles, scoring them on areas like age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency.
To perform this role effectively, you will receive training on enforcing client policies and using them to support the overall business.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will participate in wellness activities, such as dance parties, fitness challenges, and on-site wellness programs.

Requirements:
- At least one year of prior operations experience in shared services or a customer experience environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Romanian
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Empathy and high cultural awareness of political and social situations
