Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Communications Manager, Business Impact Storytelling & Programs to join their Global Communications team.
This is a hybrid role based in Houston, TX, or San Jose, CA. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic communications advisor and lead key Business, Product, and Innovation communication programs that reach team members across the company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing multi-quarter communication strategies that drive integrated storytelling
- Creating high-quality communication deliverables and content
- Serving as a trusted communications consultant and advisor to business leaders and stakeholders
- Owning and evolving the HPE Archives communications program
- Establishing communication frameworks, processes, and best practices
- Mentoring and providing guidance to communications team members
Requirements:
- Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and executive communication skills
- Ability to develop communication strategies that influence outcomes and support business priorities
- Strong communications consulting and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects with independence and accountability
- BA or BS in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in employee communications, executive communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or related communications disciplines
