Description
We are seeking an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist to join our team in the Physiotherapy department at Circle Integrated Care in Greenwich. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week, with a flexible shift pattern.
As a Pain Team Leader, you will provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients with complex and persistent pain conditions. You will work autonomously to triage, assess, and manage patients using advanced clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical leadership through teaching, mentoring, and supervision of physiotherapists, First Contact Practitioners (FCPs), and APPs
- Working collaboratively with consultants, GPs, psychologists, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver holistic patient care
- Leading and participating in clinical audit, service evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A degree in Physiotherapy
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Significant experience working at Advanced Practice level in MSK physiotherapy
- Demonstrable expertise in chronic and persistent pain management
- Proven leadership experience within a clinical setting
