We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable After School Club Assistant to join our team at Lift Trinity.
This is an exciting opportunity to help create a fun, safe and engaging environment where children can learn, play and thrive after the school day.
As an After School Club Assistant, you will help organise and deliver a range of engaging activities, making sure every child feels safe, included and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging activities that meet the individual developmental needs of children.
- Create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment where children can play, learn and develop.
- Encourage children's social, emotional, physical and creative development through a range of structured and free-play activities.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and supervision at all times.
- Register pupils and follow school procedures for attendance and safeguarding.
- Prepare and distribute healthy snacks while promoting good hygiene and healthy lifestyles.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and carers, providing feedback where appropriate.
- Liaise with the School Operations Manager regarding the planning, attendance and day-to-day running of the club.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe environment before, during and after each session.
- Promote positive behaviour and follow school policies relating to safeguarding, health and safety, behaviour and first aid.

The salary for this role is GBP 6,240.18 per year.
