Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced KSA Credit Controller to join our team in Taguig City.
The main purpose of the Credit Controller role is to manage the collections activities of large commercial accounts with outstanding invoices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage non-domiciled key strategic accounts
- Attend monthly global debt meetings with Global Business Directors and Global Business Consultants
- Discuss ongoing sales disputes and disputes with the Order Management team
- Conduct regular client meetings to discuss outstanding debt
- Produce global debt files and establish escalation points within key strategic clients
- Achieve cash collection, DSO, outstanding debt, and query log targets
- Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Explore ways to improve cash collection efficiency
- Apply and maintain the quality and integrity of all system data
- Ensure credit control policies and procedures are followed
- Handle late payment fees and lead cash application issues
- Aid Regional Credit Managers in compiling credit control reporting
- Ensure accounting for bad debts and provisioning follow accounting standards
- Build effective relations with CA and Business Unit management
- Suggest and implement improvements to current practice
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated and task-oriented
- Proven customer service experience
- Demonstrated success in managing accounts receivable
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong English language skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Financial services industry experience desirable
