Hewlett Packard Enterprise offers university students the opportunity to join a leading IT company and gain invaluable experience through our Internship Program (9 months).
During your internship, you will apply the skills you've gained at university in a real business environment, specifically in the finance sector. You will work alongside experienced finance professionals on OPEX planning, forecasting, and monthly reporting, and develop practical skills using tools such as Excel, Anaplan, Power BI, SAP, and EAP, as well as BOT and AI solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting business decisions by analyzing financial data
- Working on OPEX planning, forecasting, and monthly reporting
- Building practical skills using various financial tools
- Supporting workforce-cost, travel, and other operating-expense analyses
- Helping create and improve reports and dashboards used by Finance teams and business leaders
- Developing your analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Collaborating with Finance colleagues and business partners across countries, regions, and global teams
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To be enrolled in 3rd year Bachelor (or 4th if in Master program) in Accounting, Economy or similar field
- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills
- Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) team
