Description
We are seeking a working student to support our project management team in factory planning. As a working student, you will be involved in planning, implementation, and tracking of projects. Your tasks will include:
- Supporting the project management team in planning, implementation, and tracking of projects in the factory planning area
- Contributing to the creation of reports, analyses, and presentations for management
- Assisting in controlling through data evaluation, budget controls, and target-actual comparisons
- Maintaining and updating project plans, reports, and dashboards
- Supporting administrative and organisational tasks in the project environment
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a student in a degree programme in economics, business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
- Initial experience in project management or controlling is an advantage
- Analytical thinking and structured working methods
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), ideally with initial experience with tools such as SAP, MS Project, and Power BI
- Self-initiative, teamwork, and quick comprehension
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Part-time work of 12-20 hours/week
