Description
We are seeking an experienced qualified Social Worker to join our Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team in Enfield. As a qualified and professionally registered Social Worker with Social Work England, you will have over 4 years of experience working with vulnerable children and their families, preferably in a statutory setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for screening and triaging new referrals, gathering and analysing high-quality information, and making key decisions about thresholds for intervention and support. You will also be required to support, coach, and mentor social workers and non-social work practitioners, and drive service improvement through the direct development of others and dissemination of experience, good practice, and research.

Key requirements:
- Qualified and professionally registered Social Worker with Social Work England
- Over 4 years experience working with vulnerable children and their families
- Thorough understanding of current legislation and the London Safeguarding Children Procedure and Practice Guidance
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Skilled in analysing information and understanding families' experiences and contexts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
