As a Youth Aid, you will work in-home or in a center-based setting, implementing individualized treatment plans and programs designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments
- Implementing individualized treatment plans and programs
- Collecting data and submitting session notes
- Collaborating with peers and supervisors
- Participating in regular staff meetings and trainings
- Commuting to various locations with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

To qualify, you should have experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder, effective communication skills in English, a valid state ID, reliable transportation, and pass a criminal background check.
