As a Youth Aid, you will work in-home or in a center-based setting, integrating into the environment to help children develop crucial skills such as behavior management, toileting, feeding, and compliance.
We offer paid training to become a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), with a competitive salary of $20-24 per hour. Enjoy flexible hours, work-life balance, and opportunities for growth within our organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments
- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs
- Collect data and submit session notes
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors
- Participate in staff meetings and trainings
- Commute to various locations with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
- Effective English communication, verbal and written
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Valid state identification card
- Reliable transportation
- Pass a criminal background check
