Description
Our Creator and Affiliate teams are looking for a Senior Media Strategist to lead channel strategy, measurement and optimization of partner programs across creator and traditional affiliate channels.
You will leverage insights from Data, GTM and Product Marketing partners to lead creator and affiliate channel strategy and execution. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and structuring creator communities with hybrid payment methods
- Developing and owning weekly and monthly program reporting and leadership narratives
- Partnering with data teams to build and refine measurement frameworks
- Conducting deep dives into partner performance to drive optimizations and influence Go To Market strategy
- Spearheading initiatives with cross-functional teams
- Influencing budget planning and forecasting
- Developing and implementing streamlined processes for partner onboarding, payments and communications
- Identifying and recruiting new creators and partners
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 5 years of experience in creator and affiliate marketing
- Hands-on experience with incrementality tests and forecasting
- Ability to partner with data teams and interpret performance data
- Proven track record of negotiating creator and affiliate deals
- Experience working with affiliate platforms
