As a Confirmed Enterprise Civil Liability Claims Expert, you will handle high-stakes cases on behalf of our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough investigations to determine the causes and circumstances of claims
- Analysing liabilities and available guarantees
- Evaluating material, non-material, and financial damages
- Carrying out on-site inspections and contradictory meetings
- Formulating well-supported technical conclusions
- Writing clear, concise, and actionable expert reports
- Ensuring case files are followed up until complete closure
You will also be responsible for:
- Acting as a key contact for insured parties, insurance companies, brokers, experts, and lawyers
- Guaranteeing high-quality exchanges and adherence to treatment deadlines
- Supporting clients in understanding expert conclusions
- Building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients
- Contributing to business growth in your geographic sector
The ideal candidate will have:
- A higher education qualification in insurance law, risk management, engineering, or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of successful experience in enterprise civil liability claims expertise
- In-depth knowledge of civil liability mechanisms and associated insurance environments
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage complex cases and defend technical positions diplomatically
- Valid driving licence (B)
