We're looking for a Liability Claims Examiner with experience in general liability, premise liability, and litigation to join our team on the East Coast. As a Liability Claims Examiner, you will analyze and process complex or technically difficult general liability claims, manage claims through well-developed action plans, and negotiate settlements.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and process complex or technically difficult general liability claims
- Assess liability and resolve claims within evaluation
- Negotiate settlement of claims within designated authority
- Calculate and assign timely and appropriate reserves to claims
- Manage claim recoveries, including subrogation and excess recoveries
- Communicate claim activity and processing with the claimant and the client
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Five (5) years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Jurisdiction knowledge: East Coast States - NJ, PA & FL
- Licensing: Home State preferred

Salary Range: $85,000 - $90,000 per year
