Description
The Global Service Delivery (GSD) team at Agoda is responsible for the company's office infrastructure and staff connectivity. Within GSD, the People Technology (HR Tech) team manages systems that power Agoda's people operations, including Workday.
As a People Technology Analyst under the People Tech Operational Excellence team, you will assist with day-to-day HRIS operations, system testing, reporting, and documentation. You will work closely with experienced HRIS specialists in an agile environment and gain exposure to HR technology platforms like Workday.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day HRIS operations and assist with system requests
- Implement technical solutions across people platforms according to business requirements and agreed timelines
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting Agoda's people operations
- Build a strong professional network working with people from various backgrounds and nationalities in a global setting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
- Strong interest in HR Technology, HRIS, or system operations
- Analytical mindset with curiosity to understand systems and processes
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Service-oriented attitude and ability to collaborate with others
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proactive mindset and ability to learn independently in a fast-paced environment
