Description

At Agoda, we bridge the world through travel. Our story began in 2005, when two lifelong friends and entrepreneurs, driven by their passion for travel, launched Agoda to make it easier for everyone to explore the world.

Today, we are part of Booking Holdings [NASDAQ: BKNG], with a diverse team of over 7,000 people from 90 countries, working together in offices around the globe. Every day, we connect people to destinations and experiences, with our great deals across our millions of hotels and holiday properties, flights, and experiences worldwide.

The Global Mobility (GM) team enables Agoda to bring talent to the right place at the right time, from pre-hire assessment and relocation to visa coordination, business travel, and post-arrival support. As our hiring volume and the complexity of cross-border moves continue to grow, we are looking for a People Global Mobility Analyst to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

In this role, you will be a key contributor to our day-to-day mobility operations, helping us deliver timely, accurate, and welcoming experiences for relocating employees and their families. You will support the CEG department initially and may rotate across other departments based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-own day-to-day Global Mobility operations for the assigned departments, in line with KPIs, SLAs, and OKRs.
  • Support the end-to-end mobility process for expat and relocating hires: document collection and review, visa folder set-up, employee follow-ups, relocation logistics (flights, accommodation, airport transfers), pre-arrival communications, and tracker updates.
  • Support visa requests, including coordination with immigration teams and external vendors to meet timelines.
  • Respond to employee, Talent Acquisition, and hiring manager queries, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members.
  • Support schooling and education-related matters for relocating employees and their families, including school information, partner school coordination, and employee enquiries.
  • Support audits, compliance tracking, and documentation, including data accuracy checks in Workday and trackers, and audit reporting.
  • Prepare reports and perform ad hoc analysis on case volumes, SLAs, and workload trends to support decision-making.
  • Contribute to Global Mobility projects, including process improvement, automation of manual tasks, and the ongoing rollout and optimization of GMOB set up.
  • Create and maintain guidelines, templates, playbooks, and knowledge articles to keep processes clear and consistent.
  • Assist with vendor coordination, including PO number requests and invoice validation.
  • Work with partner teams (Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Immigration, Onboarding, Payroll, Tax, Finance) to resolve issues quickly and improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Fresh graduates and early-career professionals are welcome.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders and multicultural teams.
  • Analytical mindset with working knowledge of Excel or similar tools for tracking, reporting, and basic analysis.
  • Ability to shift priorities and move fast based on business needs.
  • Service-oriented mindset, high integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling personal and sensitive employee data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Available to commit to a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in HR operations, onboarding, global mobility, immigration, or relocation.
  • Familiarity with Workday, Greenhouse, Zendesk, or similar HR and case-management tools.
  • Experience with process improvement, documentation, or audit and compliance support.
  • Passion for People and for ensuring that relocating employees and their families have a smooth start at Agoda.
