Charlotte Tilbury is seeking Freelance Makeup Artists to join their team as part-time retail staff in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
As a Freelance Makeup Artist, you will be part of the Charlotte Tilbury team, sharing your artistry skills with customers and teaching them Charlotte's secrets of artistry learned over 20 years in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and create makeup magic in-store, representing the brand's ethos, products, and image
- Drive business through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service
- Achieve sales targets by creating an amazing experience and delivering exemplary service
- Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service
- Demonstrate a positive and cooperative approach towards work and colleagues
- Ensure the counter is customer-ready, maintain excellent hygiene standards, and assist with inventory management and visual merchandising
- Execute events and maintain communication with the brand field team
