Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Stafford Retail Park, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to driving sales growth.
As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will be expected to work early morning shifts, including Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays from 05:00-10:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing five-star customer service at pace
- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products
- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals
- Adapting to changing demands and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
In return, you will receive an hourly rate with a £3.00 unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
