The Senior Workforce Partner will influence, coach, and mentor senior managers, acting as a primary contact for professional guidance and customer service. They will work in partnership with managers to design and implement local workforce projects, including leading workforce plans, organisational design, and transformation.
The post holder will provide high-level workforce support for West London Community Service through strategic workforce planning and implementation of workforce projects and strategies. They will act as the department lead for Employee Relations, overseeing the review and development of ER-related processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's level education in Human Resources or a relevant specialist area, recognised leadership qualification, and significant experience as a HR professional working at a senior level.
The salary range for this position is £72,719 to £83,505 per annum, inclusive of HCAS. This is a fixed-term contract for 10 months, working full-time at Trust HQ, London.
