Faire is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter, AI/ML to lead the recruitment of complex and senior Data, ML, and Engineering roles.
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, AI/ML at Faire, you will play a critical role in scaling the Data, Machine Learning, and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior Data, ML, and Engineering roles
- Serve as a strategic talent partner to key stakeholders
- Own and evolve sourcing strategy across Data and Engineering
- Champion candidate experience
- Lead complex offer negotiations
- Maintain high data integrity within Greenhouse
- Act as a senior resource across the recruiting team
- Champion Faire's values and DEI commitment
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- 3+ years focused on senior technical hiring across data and/or engineering disciplines
- Demonstrated ability to close Staff+ and leadership-level technical candidates
- Experience operating as a strategic partner to senior engineering or data leadership
- Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong organizational skills

Salary Range: $148,000 to $203,500 per year
