Job Summary Assists in maintaining high levels of accuracy and performance to meet store order needs while utilizing safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Compile store orders from a tablet or pick ticket, including item locations, descriptions, and quantities.
• Gather merchandise and ensure proper placement into totes or boxes.
• Load totes or boxes of merchandise, up to 30-50 pounds, using safe lifting techniques.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety guidelines.
• Perform general housekeeping to ensure the working area and aisles are clear of debris.
• Follow routine assignments that require some problem resolution for the distribution function.
• Match daily tasks with company-defined standard operating procedures and scientific methods to ensure best practices.
• Enter data for inventory management.

Requirements

• Basic awareness of problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• 0-2 years of work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay Information The typical pay range for this role is $16.00 - $26.21 per hour.
