Description
The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking an Engineering Proposal and Project Support Analyst to join the AWACS Post Delivery Program. This role will involve managing proposal and engineering service tasks across the Post Delivery Programs team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead proposal activities and collaborate with multiple Boeing engineering disciplines, government customers, and suppliers to refine Statements of Work (SOW).
- Coordinate cost estimation for new business proposals.
- Support development of Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM).
- Present proposal packages to executive leadership for approval.
- Coordinate Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliveries to the customer.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent qualifications.
- Previous project management and/or contracts management related experience.
- Ability to clearly communicate with other engineers and customers.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARs).
- Previous experience working on military contracts.
Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:
- This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

- Summary Pay Range: Level 3: $92,650 - $125,350
