Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a pharmaceutical data entry specialist. You will be responsible for collecting and verifying pharmaceutical data from various sources, including pharmacies, hospitals, and wholesalers, and entering it into our internal system in the required format. No prior knowledge of pharmaceuticals is necessary.
Essential Functions
- Verify pharmaceutical data collected from suppliers and convert it into e-data
- Enter collected pharmaceutical data into IQVIA's standard data format in our internal operating system
- Check the quality of entered data to ensure accuracy in the operating system
- Compare and link IQVIA standard data with externally collected data using manual or automated processes
Qualifications
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Preference will be given to those with experience working in pharmaceutical companies or in admin/assistant/support roles
- Ability to start ASAP is preferred
- Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP) and proficiency in general office software (MS)
- Problem-solving abilities are essential
