As a Counter Business Manager, you will be responsible for creating and driving an ultimate experience of the Charlotte Tilbury brand, exceeding KPI's, and inspiring your team to deliver and be the best they can be.
Key accountabilities include:
- Reporting to the Area Manager
- Creating and driving an ultimate brand experience
- Being a customer experience pioneer
- Coaching and mentoring your team
- Collaborating and innovating cross-functionally
Requirements:
- Proven management experience at Deputy Manager level or above
- Track record of delivering exceptional results
- Highly organised and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt your style
