Engagement Lead, Incident Response

We are looking for an Engagement Lead to join our Cyber Incident Response team. As an Engagement Lead, you will be a first responder to cyber-attacks, running triage calls with clients to understand the scope of the incident and setting out how S-RM can support.

Responsibilities include:

• Project scoping and management, ensuring effective and efficient response to incidents
• Working with clients to contain incidents, overseeing teams of forensic analysts, advising strategies for responding to cyber threat actors, and providing crisis management expertise
• Building and developing relationships with stakeholders involved in a cyber incident

We are looking for candidates with great consulting skills, a developed understanding of networks and security technologies, and demonstrable digital forensics and incident response experience. You will need great communication skills, a calm and empathetic style when under pressure, and a thoughtful approach to solving problems.
