We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our team at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Dental Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our dental team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills in providing specialist care via training qualifications in sedation, Oral Health education, implantology, and more. We offer a varied and competency-based induction programme to support your development within the service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care and support to the dental team
- Develop your skills in providing specialist care via training qualifications
- Work effectively as part of a team with a professional approach towards work and colleagues
- Maintain accurate patient files and X-rays, transfer data to database, and display an appreciation for the importance of this
- Ability to work under own initiative without direct supervision
Requirements:
- NEBDN and/or an appropriate professional qualification or equivalent
- General Dental Council registration
- Experience of working in a clinical setting
- IT skills - Maintain personal Record and general information data entry, text processing
