We are looking for a Middle Computer Systems Engineer to join our team.
Ajax Systems is an international technology company and the largest security system developer and manufacturer in Europe with smart home capabilities. Main Responsibilities:
- Manage, support, and optimize information and network systems, computer hardware, and services within the organization.
- Provide technical support to users, including resolving their requests and problems.
- Implement and update new technologies and solutions that improve the performance and efficiency of information systems.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure best practices in IT and solve common tasks and projects.
- Monitor system performance, identify and resolve issues, and use monitoring systems to detect anomalies.
Requirements:
- Experience working with various operating systems, such as Windows Server, Linux, and the ability to configure, update, and manage them.
- Understanding of network protocol principles, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, and experience configuring and supporting network services.
- Ability to use monitoring and analysis systems to detect anomalies and resolve infrastructure issues.
- Understanding of cloud service concepts and components, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of computer and office equipment maintenance, repair, configuration, diagnosis, and servicing methods.
- Familiarity with information protection principles and methods, including antivirus software, firewalls, authentication systems, and access management.
