Description
The Care Assistant will play a vital role within the Care team at Sunridge Court in Golders Green, providing person-centred support that helps residents feel safe, respected, valued and able to live well.
This is a one-year fixed-term contract offering £14.80 per hour, working an average of 38.5 hours per week on a two-week rolling rota of four days in one week and two days in the next. Shifts are 12 hours, from 8am to 8pm, including some weekends.
The postholder will support residents with personal care and daily routines, provide companionship and emotional support, encourage independence, choice and dignity, and assist with meals, activities and wellbeing. You will build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues while contributing to a warm, supportive team environment.
Previous care experience is not essential, as full training and ongoing support are provided.
