We are seeking a Senior Staff Nurse to join our team at Barnet Lane Clinic in Borehamwood. As a Senior Mental Health Nurse or Registered Learning Disability Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care to individuals with complex mental health and learning disability needs.

Main duties of the job As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will:
- Provide high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users
- Be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care
- Provide mentorship and support to team members
- Observe, record and report all service user changes, and maintain accurate records of care provided
Skills and knowledge you will have:
- A relevant nursing qualification
- NMC registration
- 3 years post qualification experience
- Experience working with patients with EUPD or ASD
- Strong team-working skills
- A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
- A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
- A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
