Description
You will own the reliability, availability, and performance of the developer platform services and self-hosted infrastructure that support engineers across S&P Global.
You will lead and mentor a team of DevOps and SRE engineers, and own service levels, patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation for infrastructure and tooling.
You will define SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs, lead incident management, and report DORA and operational metrics.
You will build observability, automation, and disaster recovery capabilities that reduce toil and risk.
You will manage vendor relationships, support SLAs, and licensing, and ensure the platform meets change management, audit, and control requirements.
Partnering with platform and security leads, divisional DevOps/TechOps teams, and BISOs, you will keep the toolchain stable, secure, and cost-efficient so engineers can deliver without disruption.
