GSK's Enterprise AI team is hiring a Staff, AI Product Manager to own the Orchestration and Automation platform tower. The role involves building a self-enablement layer that lets thousands of non-engineers use low and medium code platforms safely.
The ideal candidate will have 16+ years of progressive experience in enterprise platform leadership, with a demonstrated track record of taking a platform from fragmented or underused to well run.
Key responsibilities include:
- Mapping capability against actual usage across the low and medium code estate
- Quantifying value rigorously and building credible business cases
- Developing deep automation pattern recognition
- Shaping the platform roadmap and making trade-off recommendations
- Consulting on platform fit and design
- Designing the human and agent split
- Operating fluently with VP-level business and scientific leaders
- Communicating impact clearly
The role requires solid technical fluency in modern AI/ML, covering LLMs, agentic systems, AI agents and workers, data and evaluation patterns.
