Job Summary: As a Maintenance Assistant at Ibis Betim, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's facilities and equipment. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, as well as small repairs and services.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning, refrigeration, and other systems
- Conduct small repairs, replace components (e.g., light bulbs, sockets), and perform painting and cleaning tasks in technical areas
- Inspect internal areas, parking, and garage, making necessary adjustments and repairs
- Monitor the functioning of pumps and water systems, ensuring continuous supply
- Maintain a clean, organised, and environmentally compliant work environment
- Record and execute service orders, and organise documents for third-party companies
Requirements:
- Completed primary education
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completed secondary education
- Knowledge of hydraulic and/or mechanical systems
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Basic English language skills
