Description
This job acts as a project leader, coordinating the activities of other engineers, determining technical tasks, and improving existing structures and processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software design, architecture, and hands-on coding, along with practical experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to build smarter, more efficient systems.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Understand the technical design of the system and actively participate in design reviews.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software systems and applications.
- Write clean and well-tested code across the stack with a focus on quality and maintainability.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and drive improvements in system reliability, scalability, and security.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering velocity and code quality.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, especially in AI/ML, and evaluate their applicability to business problems.
- Plan and coordinate software releases, working with domain teams to ensure smooth deployments.
Requirements:
- 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
