Description
Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff Technical Writer to create documentation and learning content for its observability products. The successful candidate will work with engineers, product managers, and the Grafana writing team to produce content for various products and audiences. They will use AI-assisted workflows and tools throughout the content lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, research, write, and maintain documentation and learning content
- Use AI tools and workflows to work efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements
- Test and validate documentation
- Analyse data and user feedback to prioritise work and measure impact
- Manage multiple projects and communicate clearly with the team
- Mentor teammates and share best practices
Requirements:
- Experience writing or documenting enterprise or developer-facing software
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and models in writing workflows
- Experience working with docs-as-code and GitHub
- Comfort working in technical environments
- Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers
- Experience working remotely and asynchronously on a distributed team

Salary range: GBP 81,000 - GBP 97,000
