Description
We are seeking an Activity Coordinator to join our team at The Lindsay Care Home in Poole. As an Activity Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a vibrant, joy-filled atmosphere for our residents by planning and leading various events and activities.
The successful candidate will be able to work closely with our residents and care teams to create tailored activity plans, bringing people together for laughter, camaraderie, and shared experiences. You will be responsible for running morning and afternoon activity sessions, producing and updating an activity planner, organising birthday surprises, liaising with external companies and performers, and supporting the home with their social media channels.
In return for your hard work, you will receive a salary of £13.10 - £14.10 per hour, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including:
