As a Medical Assistant at Intermountain Health, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical team, ensuring our patients receive the best care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care under the direction of a clinician, gathering information relevant to a patient's visit and condition.
- Communicate effectively with patients through various channels, including telephone and in-person interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver patient care, paying close attention to detail and follow-through.
Requirements:
- Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- Successful completion of a Medical Assistant Program, or 1 year of Medical Assistant experience, or a current RN/LPN license.
