Description
The London Borough of Sutton is seeking a Senior Planning Enforcement Officer to join its Planning Enforcement team. The team is part of the Planning and Building Control service, which delivers Development Management, Strategic Planning, Building Control, and Business Support.
The successful candidate will be experienced in planning and enforcement, either at a senior level or looking to progress their career to the next level. The role involves investigating and enforcing against breaches of planning control on a range of developments, including tall buildings, town centres, green belt, and open space. The officer will work collaboratively with other teams and departments, and have the opportunity to mentor junior staff and develop leadership skills.

The salary for this role is GBP 43,449 - 53,919 per year.
